The EU Neighbours dedicate a part of its portal to display the latest opportunities from the Southern Neighbourhood such as tenders, grants, calls for proposals and jobs from the European Neighbourhood. This section will help youth and organisations to stay updated with the newest and most interesting opportunities in the Southern Neighbourhood.

The EU Neighbours portal is part of the OPEN Neighbourhood Programme. Launched in November 2015 for a period of four years, the Programme builds up on the previous EU Neighbourhood Info Centre and seeks to raise awareness, increase knowledge and understanding of the European Neighbourhood Policy.
