Cluster 3: Med Dialogue Leaders Overview Med Dialogue Leaders programme supports young leaders committed to tackling specific policy challenges in their respective countries. Med Dialogue Leaders programme supports young leaders committed to tackling specific policy challenges in their respective countries. It is targeting participants from the Euro-med region, through three thematic areas for which open calls for interest were announced each time as follows:
Goals
Med Dialogue Leaders Programme targets young potential leaders in activism in order to:
- Enhance their mobilization to advocate for rights and equality skills,
- Strengthen their capacities in strategizing and networking beyond national borders,
- Give them the opportunity to exchange practices and build channels of cooperation between them,
- Support them in developing local awareness and advocacy actions within a coherent regional framework.
Accomplishments
Selected young leaders were empowered and mentored through:
- Enrolment in two thematic Bootcamps
- Conception and realization of 57 local awareness initiatives within the framework of a common action
- Involvement in other Programme activities such as participating in regional events as well as through coaching sessions by partners from the North or the South during study visits (Mobility Fund).
- Membership in the programme’s Alumni Network.
