Overview

Med Dialogue Leaders programme supports young leaders committed to tackling specific policy challenges in their respective countries. It is targeting participants from the Euro-med region, through three thematic areas for which open calls for interest were announced each time as follows:

Goals

Med Dialogue Leaders Programme targets young potential leaders in activism in order to:

  • Enhance their mobilization to advocate for rights and equality skills,
  • Strengthen their capacities in strategizing and networking beyond national borders,
  • Give them the opportunity to exchange practices and build channels of cooperation between them,
  • Support them in developing local awareness and advocacy actions within a coherent regional framework.

Accomplishments

Selected young leaders were empowered and mentored through: 

  • Enrolment in two thematic Bootcamps
  • Conception and realization of 57 local awareness initiatives within the framework of a common action
  • Involvement in other Programme activities such as participating in regional events as well as through coaching sessions by partners from the North or the South during study visits (Mobility Fund).
  • Membership in the programme’s Alumni Network.
