One of the end results of the Bootcamp is the development of a common action involving all participants, and taking simultaneously place in the participants’ towns/regions. The common action shall:

• be identified during the Bootcamp, building upon the ideas brought by the participants,

• be an awareness-raising oriented initiative having a common focus, a commonly agreed framework and a central coordination, and taking place through decentralized activities.

Participants’ organizations are entrusted to carry out the activities, for which the Programme makes available a limited contribution to cover operational costs. Objectives, format and timetable are discussed and agreed upon during the Bootcamp. The common action encourages networking and cooperation at the regional level. It will produce visibility through a simultaneous trans-national initiative with a multiplier effect.
